Pat and Alora dig into some personal insecurities on todays podcast. Top one for both of them is Acne. 
It doesn't matter if you're 12 or 50, getting having acne can put a person into a sad state.  
Pat had severe acne growing up and has pot marks on his face, a lot of scars on his upper back, and a lot of personal scars on the inside. 
Does it get easier with age? I will say yes, but its still frustrating. 
Pat also talks about his personal insecurities about being a dad and supporting his family.

Brooke Johnson was born and raised from these parts and once you met her you'd understand what that meant. But she is an amazing mom of two great girl that I enjoy very much and a husband that has the patience of an angel.

Pat has known Brooke for over 10 years now and have had to share the woman that they both love.  And they are able to do it with limited anger towards each other.

Pat and Alora talk Christmas today and apparently the song "Jingle Bells" is new to Alora

Pat and Alora run down a slue of topics today and Alora was quite informative.

Michael Ashford is the host of the FitDad Fitness Podcast, he has been running his podcast for over three years now and has grown immensely in his fitness journey and his values.
