I am flying solo today cause I wanted to talk about some things. We all have thoughts that go through our head and if we don't let them get out we have a tendency to overthink them and go a little crazy. Or at least I do.
I dive into a hole of the Social Dilemma Documentary, spending time with your kids, what is too much iPad time. Masks and Sports, and how I am willing to gamble with my family.

Michelle Urlaub is a mom with many things on her plate. She is a wife, mom, runner, cross country skier, on-road cyclist, has a hobby farm at home and is a nurse.
How does she do it all? Because she knows it all takes hard work and work that she is happy to do.
I have known Michelle for almost a decade now and have watched her morph from a good mom to a superhero mom. And from the side lines I hope that I get to be as proud of my kids (in their own way) as Michelle is of her kids.
