Ebrahim is an investment advisor and realtor specializing in homes in Dubai and London. Based in Mayfair, host many roadshows regarding investment in the United Arab Emirate.

Martin is a buy and holds an investor from Chicago. He currently owns 9 properties and 8 out of 9 of those properties were acquired in the last two years. He is a full-time police officer, licensed realtor, and investor part-time.

Jaime is a real estate developer based in Los Angeles with over $1Bn in real estate development. Current projects include a 7-story student housing project near USC and a joint venture deal on an 88-story high-rise in DTLA. Vinney Chopra came to the United States from India more than 40 years ago, he had only $7 in his pockets. But he knew without a doubt that the opportunities offered by this country were within reach because he had a vision for his life plus the commitment to learn, work hard and sacrifice to achieve those goals. With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he entered George Washington University to seek a master of business administration degree in marketing and advertising. He sold Bibles and educational books door-to-door to support his studies, excelling both in the classroom and outside because of his work ethic and overwhelmingly positive attitude. There’s a reason Vinney’s nickname is “Mr. Smiles,” which is evident even through just hearing the demeanor in his voice!

Bailey is a real estate investor and entrepreneur. He is the host of the real estate investing made a simple podcast and founder of the greater Orlando multifamily meet up group. Bailey focuses his efforts on Multifamily in the Central Florida area.

Diego has over 10 years’ experience delivering and managing large scale projects within the electrical power industry. Diego has acquired superb people management skills, time management skills, and commercial awareness in his previous jobs. His experience means he understands exactly what it takes to ensure that every DNC Property Investments project is delivered efficiently and effectively. Diego has invested in his property education and continues to do so. He has an excellent head for numbers and is passionate about getting good value for all his different client groups.   

Caroline graduated with a BSc in Speech and Language Pathology and has masses of experience working in customer service. This accounts for her excellent communication skills and her drive to ensure that anyone who works with DNC Property Investments gets exactly what they are looking for. Whether,  it’s investors, tenants, landlords, contractors, or agents. Caroline is a fully compliant sourcing agent registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), HMRC Anti Money Laundering Supervision, and Property Ombudsmen Redress Scheme. If there is a deal to be made, Caroline will find it. Her motto for buying houses is the same for buying shoes; Make sure it’s the right fit and it looks good. Caroline is passionate about turning old houses into new homes.

Rey has been actively investing in residential real estate since 2005 and has focused exclusively on multifamily since 2016. He has led MI Real Estate in investing in ten multifamily properties totaling 382 units and valued at over $24 million. Rey also provides independent consulting to multifamily investors and is the author of a number one Real Estate New Release on Amazon titled BLUF: The Bottom Line Up Front about Passively Investing in Multi-family Properties.
