Nicholas Nick is a serial entrepreneur, with about 18 streams of income. He is a former restaurant manager, and real estate education executive. Turned Entrepreneur through a very successful lead generation company.

He is a licensed Florida real estate professional, an Eagle Scout and a multifamily real estate investor since 2006. During college he started an online payment business which took him to dozens of countries in Europe and Asia to meet partners and clients; forging his passion for traveling. In 2016, he founded Harborside Partners, a real estate syndication company that offers other active investors and passive investors the ability to partner with him and purchase larger, more profitable assets. Currently his company is invested into over 250 units, worth over $25 million. Additionally, he hosts a real estate investing podcast called Global Investors Podcast that focuses on international investors looking to invest into cash flowing U.S real estate.

Anthony graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management, was a Co-Founder in Ridgeview Partners. He specialized in the retail space with a vertical model that provided flexibility to serve multiple customer segments with similar product lines through retail, wholesale, and production contracting channels. He Acquired and developed growth of 110+ retailers within first-year operations. He later moved on to Acquisitions & Asset Manager Vice President for Vision Properties, where he was directly involved and responsible for sourcing, negotiation, and managing the acquisition of $594MM of Class A office assets.

Yonah Weiss is a powerhouse with property owners' tax savings. As Business Director at Madison SPECS, a national Cost Segregation leader, he has assisted clients in saving tens of millions of dollars on taxes through cost segregation. He has a background in teaching and a passion for real estate and helping others. He’s a real estate investor and host of the new podcast Weiss Advice.

Brendan Piper, who is 37 years old, was in credit card processing for 7 years, until he quit his job 3 years ago and now is full time real estate investor. Currently having a track record under his belt of 31 units - 11 - flips - 4 wholesales.

Ellie Perlman is a real estate investor who owns multifamily properties across the U.S. Ellie is the Founder and CEO of Blue Lake Capital, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily investments. At Blue Lake Capital, Ellie helps investors grow their wealth by investing alongside her in large multifamily deals. Ellie leads a mentoring program, REady2Scale, where she coaches people to become multifamily syndicators by building a syndication business and scaling it. 

She started her career as a commercial real estate lawyer, leading real estate transactions for Israel’s largest real estate company. Later, she transitioned to a property manager role and oversaw properties worth over $100MM. Ellie holds a Masters in Law and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. She is a Forbes author and a real estate investing podcast host. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys working out, driving sports cars, skiing black diamonds, and angel investing.
