Dustin grew up in Fort Worth where he graduated from Dunbar Magnet High School and then went to UT Austin for Mechanical Engineering. He first started playing soccer at age 4. At age 8, he started his first business where he purchased candy from Sam’s and sold them at school and made the spread. The profit was about $50/week. His bus driver called him "the candy man" and that business continued until the school threatened to kick him out of school unless he stopped selling candy. He also mowed lawns, bought and sold baseball cards, and put together “carnivals”. His passion for business continued in college where he started an internet business selling gaming cards (and threw his first charity event). He sold them all around the world while working 2 jobs to pay for mechanical engineering school at UT Austin.   

After college, he started my real estate career by flipping houses and purchasing rentals with an eye to go bigger. Dustin began his multifamily career in 2012 by investing passively in 2 deals and syndicated his first deal in 2014 and raised over $1.6M for the purchase. By the end of 2019, he had syndicated 10 apartment deals worth over $80M and have raised over $20M in equity. In 2019, he raised over $10k for charity and was elected to his first non-profit board (Cancer Care Services). Dustin helped to start a Multifamily meetup that he co-host in Las Colinas called Momentum. He currently plays on 2 soccer teams, workout at Enduralab, and has the goal of running 1 mile in under 5 minutes.

Josh is the co-founder of DXE Properties. He brings significant acquisition and asset management experience. DXE Properties is a value-oriented boutique real estate investment firm providing commercial acquisition and asset management services for our clients. Currently, with 60 million dollars worth of acquisitions, the firm takes a cautious approach to growth, working with its clients to acquire no more than 2-3 new deals each year.

Max is a broker and CEO of Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co. An independent full-service brokerage for discerning clientele located in California, Los Angeles.

Ashley Wilson is the Co-Founder of Bar Down Investments, LLC & HouseItLook, LLC and an active member of The Real Estate InvestHER. She has over ten years of real estate experience and has been involved in over $40 million in transactions within both single and multifamily real estate. Ashley Co-Founded Bar Down Investments, LLC with her husband, Kyle.  

Ashley leads asset and construction management on her multifamily investments and has provided operational consulting for several other large multifamily owners throughout the country. Additionally, Ashley & her father, Tom, also have a very successful high-end flipping business in Pennsylvania, HouseItLook LLC, which handles several million in transactions annually. When Ashley is not working on her businesses, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Additionally, Ashley enjoys competing with her horse, Wow!.

The ‘Rich Dad’ book’s message was always powerful to Huy and stayed with him through his college years as a computer science major and later while working in IT for an oil and gas company in Houston. Huy did real estate part-time for five years with a small boutique brokerage. At age 22, he bought his first house and then started to invest in rental properties. Where now he is one of the Top producing Realtors Based in Houston.

Amanda Knight, Dallas-Fort Worth Realtor. She got into the business in 2017 and started growing her business by cold calling owners of the properties. Her business has transpired to a heavy referral and social media-based business. This year Amanda is on track to close 65 units for a $16m volume. She works with buyers, sellers, builders, and investors. She was recently voted Top 100 Social Media Real Estate Agents in all of Texas. She hosts a weekly mastermind for real estate agents via Zoom every Wednesday.

Hans was a Team USA Olympian turned luxury realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he ranks in the Top 1.5% of agents locally. Currently, he focuses on building his real estate/multifamily portfolio as also expanding his media company Streamlined Podcasts.
