Launching into Sephora Australia on April 26 2022, the brand is Sephora's first ever clean and black-owned beauty brand. With the goal of diversifying the beauty industry as her driving force, Tisha managed to create an inclusive, environmentally-conscious beauty brand that has a product to suit everyone and every beauty look. 

Founded in 2019, the brand's Triple Fix Foundation (which comes in 35 shades) is already an Allure Best In Beauty award winner and that's just the tip of the iceberg. From where her brand name came from to the risks of starting your own business and the importance of a solid support system, Tisha wasn't afraid to get into the nitty gritty of building LYS Beauty.
