Becoming EXPOSED: Expansion Through Shame, Judgment, Loss, & Responsibility

Ever felt like you're hiding pieces of yourself, worried about what others might think? In this special episode, I'm sharing my opening Keynote from our annual event, FEMPOWERED where we explored the powerful theme of that year: “Exposed”.

I’m my experience of over 8 years in entrepreneurship and building my dream business and life, I have personally experienced the many levels - and devils - of expansion. There are four clear bridges on this journey that one needs to cross in order to evolve in success and fulfilment.

Shame - getting honest with yourself about where you are holding yourself back and the stories that are keeping you hidden. Crossing this bridge means owning every piece of you, being seen in it, and letting it go so it no longer holds power over you

Judgment - facing not only the judgment from others but more importantly, the judgment of self. Crossing this bridge means being brave enough to build the muscle of not caring what people think and staying rooted in your truth; not getting knocked off your path so you can live your purpose.

Loss - specifically we speak to the relationships or opportunities that end along the path of evolution and the universal truth that anything that doesn’t work out or is destroyed simply creates re- alignment; how often times loss occurs to get us to MOVE. Crossing this bridge means staying the path regardless of who wants to leave.

Responsibility - taking ownership of why we are born and what we’re here to do is our responsibility as human born in the odds of 1 in 400 trillion, and how denying them is the reason we feel friction. Crossing this bridge means opening up about and sharing our god-given gifts to the world.
