Using LH strips and OPK alone to track ovulation can be confusing (and sometimes inaccurate) for women with irregular ovulation.

You can have random LH surges throughout your cycle when your hormones don’t follow the normal pattern.

When I started TTC over 3 years ago, I would ONLY use LH strips to track my ovulation.

That was a HUGE mistake on my part (but I didn’t know any better) because the results were too confusing…

I was stuck in this cycle for over two years before I realized how to improve my ovulation tracking.

Let's be honest...

I used to wish I could have a superpower of reading other people's minds…especially the ones of those I am crushing on…

I would sit in class day-dreaming instead of paying attention - thinking "I wonder what he is thinking about…"

I never had the courage to walk up to him to ask if he felt the same way…

I blame the butterflies

I never realized that I could get pass the butterflies with a little bit of faith so I can just ask him frankly - "What are you thinking about?"

Because that is the only way to know if your crush feels the same way about you or not.

You can spend all days and nights wondering or reading online blogs/magazines …

They probably would tell you that your dream guy would want a skinny girl with hourglass figure and large breasts and bums…

Quite unattainable TBH…

But -

How to demand attention from your crush — using these 3 heart-captivating ways

I mean,

You're tired of dropping hints after hints…but somehow he still doesn't ask you out?

TBH…guys are not great with hints 

A lot of the time, you'll have to state the "obvious" to them …

But it's not really their fault because you can't really expect them to read your mind…

I know I've done that and it NEVER worked no matter how much we hope to land a hot guy who is also a mind reader!

Another thing that I've noticed I would do to try to get guys to ask me out is to be really nice to them…

And somehow that just put me into the friend-zone instead

Or I'll go all out and get really dolled-up or change my appearance hoping that he would notice me

None of that really worked out well for me before…

What actually worked had nothing to do with how you LOOK…

And everything to do with how you FEEL about yourself!
