Perspective.

Isn't that such a potent choice?

We choose our perspective.

Sometimes unconsciously.

Sometimes intentionally.

I'm choosing intentionally.

While noticing the unintentionally is here to build my capacity to BE present with all of it.

Confronting.

This word may be triggering.

But I am choosing to engage with it to have an honest conversation with myself.

Where am I allowing myself to indulge in drama?

I have noticed I have taken on a 'less than' mind set around my business.

It looks like - not having a consciously intentional week.

It looks like a lot of indecision leading to lower energy and value.

And yet, so much is good! Like the incredible humans I get to help.

So offer yourself grace and then lean in.
