Back in August 2012, a rather unusual incident unfolded when an army of honeybees decided to swarm a Delta plane bound for New York City. It marked the fourth such bee swarm situation the airport had faced in just a few months, including an incident in May 2012 when over 15,000 bees swarmed a light on Taxiway-C, causing a significant flight delay. Faced with this buzzing challenge, the airport's wildlife administrator turned to Google for assistance and stumbled upon a seasoned beekeeper, Stephen Repasky. Bees and other insects often surprise humans in different ways.
