Heads up, the audio for part of this was terrible, it turned out one of the mics had died almost completely. We have done our best to clean this up and make it sound as good as possible. Luckily we had an extra mic lying around so D swaps them out eventually

Good friend of the show Tracey Adams joins K and D!

Tracey is no stranger to the show, bringing updates on her mental health journey, her love life, changes in jobs, life, and everything.

We go through her Mt Rushmore of Disney movies, what her new partner has introduced her to, and what she has introduced him to. (Want to know who he is, tune in to find out!)

We also talk about drugs, the impact they can have on life, as well as mental health, and what it actually means to relapse.

Kels is out of hospital and doing it hard! We talk about his almost 100 days in hospital this year and his hopes and purpose for the future.

He also opens up about his last 24 hours and how reaching out has kept him going. We also once again praise his amazing daughter and how she has kept him alive.

We also talk our mount rushmore of things as well as Dylans mental health, and a potential return to comedy for Kels.

We ride an elevator!

While Kels is in hospital, we decided to record an episode... only thing is we couldn't find a quiet place to record the episode. So we recorded in an empty (but working) elevator!

And man did we have fun. We ran into visitors and staff and had a bit of fun with them all.
