Ashley Feraude in conversation with Jemma Mrdak who is the founder of Dak & Co, a Canberra agency assisting small businesses with all of their social media needs. 

Jemma started the freelance business seven years ago after working in PR & comms for a hotel chain and the public service. She noticed a gap in the local market and after a year of freelancing decided to take the leap and take the business on full-time. She has not looked back since and pins her career progress on being passionate about communications, knowing which clients to gel with not letting organic life opportunities pass you by.
