This episode features Benjamin Fender, Sales Co-worker II at IKEA Marsden Park, whose career path took a different turn when he joined IKEA part-time while studying to be a teacher. He feels his passion for leadership and teaching is better used outside the classroom, and is more conducive to a workplace like IKEA, where he is given the opportunity to utilise his teaching skills, and is encouraged to improve himself and others.
