Behind the Line

Roger Goodell and the NFL Front Office released their updated COVID protocols yesterday for the 2021 regular season. The updated policy essentially forces NFL players to get vaccinated...or face severe penalties.

We explain the updated NFL policy...and how this is the wrong way to approach this issue. We outline several potential pitfalls...and explain why mandating people to do something they don't want to do rarely works out.

The Olympics are learning the same tough lesson that was learned by the NBA...ESPN...and countless other organizations. Lesson being...you never negotiate and try to appease anyone associated with the woke agenda.

Rule 50 from the International Olympic Committee bans any type of political protest at the Olympics. The IOC announced months ago they would ease enforcement of Rule 50...and allow for some political demonstrations at the Tokyo Olympics.

This compromise wasn't enough for LeBron James and Gwen Berry. We reveal and react to their demands to the IOC...and explain how both LeBron James and Gwen Berry have ruined sporting events.

LeBron James and Space Jam 2 had a strong opening day last week...grossing over $30 million in the film's first day of release. However...ticket sales have come to a screeching halt domestically. No big deal...LeBron James can always rely on his friends in China to recoup the budget.

Except...that's not the case. China is refusing to allow Space Jam 2 to be released...which is a complete betrayal. LeBron James has been loyal to China for three years. You'd think the CCP would repay the favor.

We explain how this is a prime example of why it's a bad idea for professional athletes to turn their back on America...in favor of China.

Megan Rapinoe and the United States Women National Team have began the Tokyo Olympics by making their country proud. Before their match against Sweden...the USWNT took a knee in support of Black Lives Matter.

Immediately following their...the 44 game winning streak was snapped as Sweden defeated the USWNT 3-0. We describe how woke politics eventually destroys everything associated with it. Is this coincidental?

We also explain how the 2021 Tokyo Olympics are setup for failure...and the fault lies with the Olympic Committee.

NBA Finals preliminary ratings for Game 6 have been released...and once again it's a disappointing result for the NBA. We reveal the preliminary rating for Game 6 last night...and explain why LeBron James is the biggest threat to the league's popularity.

However...there is also a solution to fix NBA ratings. We provide a short-term solution to the NBA ratings problem...and explain why Adam Silver would be foolish not to build around this solution going forward.

The 2022 NCAA Final Four is scheduled to take place in New Orleans. The city desperately needs the Final Four. The economy in New Orleans has been demolished by the policies of mayor LaToya Cantrell.

However...New Orleans is in danger of losing the Final Four because of a transgender bill. The bill wouldn't allow young boys to compete against young girls in the state of Louisiana. The NCAA has stated that if this bill passes...they would remove the Final Four from New Orleans.

We react to what happened in Louisiana today...and explain why this is a ridiculous stance by the NCAA.

Stephen A Smith has proven once again that he is delusional. He has ranted for the past year about the supposed bias in the NBA against black coaches. With the league filling seven of their eight coaching vacancies with African Americans this summer...Stephen A Smith is taking the credit.

We dispel the delusion that Stephen A Smith had anything to do with NBA teams hiring black head coaches. We explain how teams hire the coach that best fits their organization...not based on demographics.

NFL season is under two months away...and Roger Goodell has an interesting way that he's handling players who decide not to take the coronavirus vaccine. Michael Irvin claims these unvaccinated players are selfish...and don't care about winning.

Michael Irvin claims they're not committed to the team. We analyze comments Michael Irvin made with Todd Archer at ESPN...and explain why he couldn't be more wrong. We also react to Cole Beasley's rebuttal to Michael Irvin...and highlight glaring holes in the NFL COVID protocols.

NBA Finals ratings have been disastrous in 2021. Preliminary ratings for Game 5 have been released...and the declining trend continued. Overnight numbers for Game 5 show the NBA lost one million viewers in comparison to Game 4.

We reveal the preliminary ratings for Game 5...and explain why this should concern Adam Silver. We also explain why the NBA is experiencing low ratings...and how having LeBron James playing in the NBA Finals would make little difference in terms of television ratings.

Gwen Berry is fighting hard. She's not fighting hard to respectfully represent her country in the Olympics. Gwen Berry is fighting hard to become the woker of the year. She gave an interview to Time Magazine that aired Friday...in which she once again blasts America for all the INJUSTICES against "her people".

We analyze some of Gwen Berry's comments...and breakdown every point where she is factually wrong. We also explain the difference between a right and a privilege...and how Gwen Berry doesn't seem to understand...it's not her right to compete in the Olympics. It's a privilege.

We also reveal the biggest threat to African Americans in this country...and it's not what Gwen Berry wants you to believe it to be.
