Sometimes you just need to take a look at the other side this restaurant life and think about ways to help it rather than just finding the things that frustrate you. This is a little bit of the other side.

I get a little more personal in this one, breaking down the what happened at the concept that kinda broke me away from Food and beverage. I talk a bit about the training process but this episode is more about how things can go wrong.

I breakdown the complications of interviewing in Food and Beverage. The stupidity of some questions and the lack of true insight gained by questions asked. I also talk a little deeper about my experience.

What are the expectations that are so greatly put on the employees? How do they effect the restaurant? And why are they just bullshit? Answering these and diving just a little deeper.

This is just a little rant on what the greatest restaurant lie is and will forever be.
