But more importantly, we also talk about delegation and what it's like to enable yourself as a business owner through delegation. You as a business owner are tasked with more of the higher level tasks of growing the business and really taking it to the next level. And so it's up to you to effectively delegate those other more low-level, like at, you know, backend administrative tasks to other people so that you can focus on growing the business, taking it to the next level and really working on, again, more the higher level tasks.

In this episode I talk with Glenn Gardone. He is the USA country Director at Red Chocolate. I actually got to try some red chocolate. It was fantastic and definitely looked them up and definitely listened to the episode. He is a very smart guy. He has some very unique experiences. He walks us through those unique experiences and kind of what he's learned along the way. A few of the main points that we've talked about. He talks about finding your passion. We talk a lot about how you don't usually find your passion in college, but some people do, but some people don't find their passion until their fifties. So it takes a while to find that passion, find the things that you're really excited about. We also talked about a principle called punching in the mud. And then we also talked about how in his experience, you know, how has the consumer changed over time. Especially, you know, over covid. In this episode with Kevin, I really enjoyed it because he is a podcast host. He's very successful and he's got a great setup and a great microphone. So it was really fun talking to him and really, you know, a good episode overall. And I actually learned a lot from him afterwards about, you know, making my podcast better, which was great. So absolutely loved talking with Kevin. Him and I talked a lot about genius zone and being hyper-conscious and what that means for you to, to really be self-aware and what it looks like to be hyper conscious about, you know, a situation about a relationship, how that ties into leadership, how that ties into self-improvement. And then specifically we also talked about co-founder roles how the genius zone, how being hyper conscious, all of that ties into co-founder relationships especially between like a visionary and an integrator CEO and COO. Really enjoyed this episode and really loved talking to Kevin specifically about, you know, his experience with the Genius Zone and also with his co-founder.

In this episode with Andrew, we talk about no code and low code tools and which ones to use in your startup. Especially, you know, obviously on the technical side when you're trying to build an application, a web app, anything like that. We talked about bubble, how that's probably the best tool that we both agreed on as being really good for most founders that need just a small amount of coding or just the beginning stages of their technical startup or the beginnings of an application. And then we also talked about why it's still important to bring on an expert at some point in the process. You can't really get by on a low code or no code tool forever. You do need to bring in an expert at some point just because those tools aren't really meant to go at scale to handle a ton of traffic, a ton of you know, bandwidth and a ton of complexity. But it is a perfect solution for the basics and really just the building blocks, the fundamentals to really get things started. So, enjoy the episode. We talk a lot about low code, no code tools and how they could be helpful for you.

In this episode, I talk with Ian Morgan. He is the director of MBS Accountants. In this episode, we talk about three different points, financial control, financial clarity, and financial education. So first off, in a business you need financial clarity. You need to be doing the bookkeeping. You need to know where everything is going, and then you go into financial control where you figure out, Okay, I need X amount of dollars to make my life continue to function. I need to take a certain amount of profit from the business. I need a certain amount of money to run the business. What are my fixed costs? So there's financial clarity, there's the financial control, and then we go into financial education. How much knowledge do you really need to have to, to properly run the accounting in your business? And then what should you outsource? What should you hire out to other people?

Hardly anyone has major success with their very first company, so do what you can now to prepare for success.
