Here we work together to address our current perspective of fitness and give ourselves permission to create a routine that freakin works for us. In order to do this there are 5 important questions to ask yourself when trying to commit to a consistent routine.
1. What is your approach?
2. Are you doing the right activity?
3. Is it about You vs You?
4. How to stop the judgement?
5. How can you be on offense?
in 2018 I finally committed to a fitness routine that lead me to the most incredible job I could ask for. Working with 1000's of women on their pursuit to healthy and happy. Along the way I found we don't give yourself permission to show up how we want to in our own dang journey. This is a podcast packed with insight on how you finally make it work for you.
This was the most requested topic from the community and lets just say... we barely scratch the surface. I wanted to get in there and uncover what intimacy really is. We have brought on sex coaches/experts to the Brittainyquinn Program and a common question we often receive is, "I just don't seem to have a sex drive." The best advice and change of perspective I have received in this area is "sex is emotionally driven, not physically driven" and by looking at it from this perspective you are able to gain control by asking yourself what do I need to feel more intimately connected to him. What do I need to let go of in myself and what areas can I allow him to witness more of me. Hope this super unqualified advice lol helps you out if you are experiencing any hardships in this area.

When I finally realized that being a happy person and living a fulfilled life was less about my body and more about my heart… that’s when I really started moving. I was in a hole, a really deep one, fatu and I struggling in our relationship because I was struggling in my own relationship with myself. I actually wasn't even sure what it was so I decided oh it's body image. Wrong it's never body image that thought is just the weeds... but we want to find the root. Fear hates to be named but I promise when you can actually define it and say it its a capital F U from there.
