I've been struggling with anger so I thought I'd do a quick podcast on how I work through my anger. I was as open as I could be about things that were triggering my anger and at one point I got super emotional talking about things. Anger is the easiest emotion. It's easy to get angry and harder to let it go. I'm by no means a master but I do have some things that work for me! Ironically this was recorded before 99% of the world got angry and started living in fear because of COVID 19.

In this episode I turned on the mic and decided to talk about anxiety. Lately I've been feeling a bit more anxious than normal and as someone who has struggled with anxiety for years I thought I'd share my story with anxiety and how I manage it as opposed to letting it rule my life (which it used to).  You can't just get rid of anxiety, but you can learn to dance with it where YOU are leading!

Dating yourself. Do you do it? I do and I do NOT think it's weird. No one teaches us how to love ourselves. We are taught that we should love other people, but what happens when we become co-dependent or suffer from a love addiction? (It's a thing, ask any therapist!) In this episode I talk about my struggle with co-dependence and how dating myself sent me down a path to self love. I'm a bonafide self love junkie and I'm damn proud of it! I'll tell you why dating yourself is important and even give you a few ideas to go out and do it! Whether you are single or in a relationship, I believe you should date yourself and really get to know yourself. You need to love yourself FIRST or you can't love anyone else!

Dating in 2020: It's like online shopping for a partner without the reviews! I don't know about you but I feel like people have lost their communication skills, since a lot of people hide behind screens. (Ever been out to dinner and everyone is looking at their phone and NOT engaging in conversation?) I thought it would be fun to sit down with my single bestie and have a conversation about what it's like to date in 2020 when everyone meets online. Do people even meet organically anymore? The conversation is hysterical and we tried to keep it positive!
