Mark and keith effectively just record the kind of catch up they have every month or two. Keith hijacks the introduction which is handled amateurishly by 'all thumbs' Young as the levels go to pot and the conversation goes from there.

Mark talks to Gellan whom he worked with around ten years ago and has always kept in touch with.

Gellan has built and successfully exited marketing agencies, is an investor, strategist and all round good guy but like so many, has suffered with poor mental health.

Mark and Gellan share their experiences with mental health issues ranging from panic disorder to addiction. 

Gellan's candour is revealing, motivating and moving with nothing but the desire to normalise the subject and help others just has Mark has been doing for the least 20 years.

In the conversation no subject is taboo, the language is strong at times and emotions are laid bare.

Dan is ex SAS and other special forces I cannot namecheck.

Dan trains blue chips, agencies and MI6/SAS in leadership and resilience. A calmer more eloquent and clearer chap you could not wish to meet. 

Mark and Dan met when he was training at an agency where Mark was working. Mark was so taken aback at the impact the training had on him that he now works with Dan and unashamedly plugs him as often as possible. 

In this podcast Dan shares that quiet, forceful and knowledgable mind that caused mark to adopt him as his Mentor. 

This time 10 days ago, my guest Tim Bodenham was running his 22 year old business and his team of 18 fantastic people. Today the business turns over zero as Tim and his team were caught in the perfect storm where none of their clients could continue to trade. 

It takes a decent bloke and big pair of Cohones to chat through his experiences in the last week openly and as an excellent Human.

Tim is well worth listening to if you run an agency and are lifving in fear of what's coming next.

My (Mark's) summary of this podcast is one of pure admiration for Tim and everyone facing the heavy and difficult times to come.
