She is living in Leitrim, a rural county which has only recently had it's first set of traffic lights installed! She has a passion for natural health, wellness and outdoor activities and recently bought a kayak and enjoys splashing about in the many lakes, rivers and canals in the region. Having been made redundant in her last role in recruitment she decided to set up her own business and this journey started just before the global pandemic hit. As a qualified coach she had always had a desire to start her own business and this redundancy was an opportunity now to make the career change. By setting up her programme Stess Less & More Success for Recruiters she has been able to work with Recruiters and help them in their transformations so that they feel more calm, confident and re-energised in their work. This in turn has resulted in a more engaged and happier teams. Ultimately the results from her programme have lead to more interviews and placements and overall success.

In this episode, I explain what the goo is and why it is not only OK to feel it but it is a necessary part of the evolution of your business, so that next time you feel it, you can identify it and feel confident in looking for the gold within it in the knowledge that it happens to us all.

Ever found yourself thinking something like "This is all SO hard, I have no idea what I am doing and I might as well give up" or just had no energy or enthusiasm for ANYTHING in your business when, only a few days before hand, you were flying so high and felt unstoppable.

Ever made a business investment so monumental that you have been crippled with self doubt for days, or weeks, afterwards?

That IS the GOO.
AND we ALL feel it from time to time.
And that is as it needs to be because, it is from within the goo that we find the gold that we need to take the next step.
