Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo met with the local media for the first time on Tuesday afternoon. McAdoo discussed his offensive philosophy, and what attracted him to Carolina, among other things. McAdoo revealed that Sam Darnold is the Carolina Panthers quarterback only to correct himself a minute later. Did McAdoo reveal the organizations plan at quarterback a week before the draft or is there some missing context?

Defensive coordinator Phil Snow also chatted with the press. Snow discussed Jeremy Chinn staying at safety after new secondary coach Steve Wilks suggested that Chinn could be an All-Pro at the position, the plan to replace Haason Reddick's production at outside linebacker, and what positions the Panthers should target on the defensive side of the ball in the draft.

On Tuesday, David Tepper’s LLC released a statement after pausing construction on the team’s practice facility in Rock Hill, saying it has sent notices to the city of Rock Hill to formally terminate its previous agreements. Effectively ending the Panthers headquarters and training facility for the moment. Who is at fault? Is this yet another sign of dysfunction for the Tepper-owned Panthers?

Michael Gelhken of the Dallas Morning News reported on Monday evening that newly signed Panthers linebacker Dameon Wilson was arrested in Frisco, Texas last week on an assault charge after his ex-girlfriend said he threatened to kill her with a tire iron and destroyed her laptop after a breakup. Will Wilson ever play a snap for Carolina?
