London’s life began as the embodiment of the american dream, but sadly things slowly fell apart around him. Family, finances, mental health, so many things working against him that his story could have easily turned out much different.

Jonathan Shane may not have lost a tremendous amount of weight, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t faced some pretty difficult obstacles in his journey to finding health.

Body dysmorphia and bulimia have been long time battles for Jonathan that can still creep back up on him to this day. However, he’s been able to find a powerful tool against those enemies via the ketogenic diet.

Today, he has competed multiple times in bodybuilding, he is currently training for a new pursuit of marathon running, and he’s doing his best to bring the same nutritional and mental freedoms he has experienced to others with his content, coaching, and so much more.
