This week, Mon and Teish continue to chat about gut health as they dive deeper into Mon’s journey. They cover everything from childhood, to the present. Mon shares how rapidly gaining weight ultimately led to her making the decision to give up coffee :'(

While they do joke around and have a laugh about giving up coffee… they also want to emphasise just how important it is to look after our gut for our overall health and wellbeing. While also touching on more serious matters of mental health, and why it is so important to check up on your mates and lend a helping hand.
