Varun Sharma is the Beverage Manager at Comorin. He is responsible for overseeing Comorin‘s unique beverage program which is one of India’s favorite cocktail bars.
Varun is India’s top Mixologist currently and has worked as a Head Bartender and Mixologist at Ricks, the Taj Mahal Hotel, and as a Bar Manager at Chidiya Ghar Bar, Roseate House Hotel, Delhi.
He has won numerous awards including regional wins at the Diageo World Class (2014 & 2013), where he was also recognized amongst the top 6 bartenders in India during both years. He also won the National Award for the Best Mixologist at the Corralejo Teqnic Mixology Challenge in 2014.
