Eskom has THIS MORNING escalated loadshedding to Stage six  until further notice.  Yesterday afternoon, the power utility announced the implementation of stage three loadshedding after 3 weeks without rolling blackouts. We reached out to the power utility but spokesperson Daphne Mokoena said she will only speak to the media after today's press briefing. But to get a sense of the current situation Bongiwe Zwane spoke to Prof. Samson Mamphweli, energy expert from the South African National Energy Development Institute
