Lads, it is time for an absolute reality check.
Navigating your health as a high-performing man dealing with chronic gut issues is a total minefield.
Between the professional pressure of career performance, the quiet anxiety of a worst-case health scare, and a multi-million dollar industry of unverified internet "gurus" trying to sell you unscientific protocols, it is incredibly easy to feel stuck.
In fact, statistics show that thousands of men are actively being misled by unregistered practitioners every single day, leaving them in worse shape than when they started.
In this episode of Beyond Bathroom Blues, the gloves are completely off. Glenn shares the raw operational reality of how he managed severe IBS while serving as a Senior Warrant Officer and RSM—leading over 600 personnel and managing millions in assets under extreme stress.

Look, the "Creatine Dash" is a total mood killer. 🏃♂️💨
I (Glenn CW) have been there—spending more time scanning for the exits at the gym than actually hitting the weights.
Most guys just quit, and they leave the most effective muscle-builder and brain on the planet, on the shelf. But you don’t have to.
CharlieJeane finally sat down to audit the actual science. Turns out, it’s rarely the creatine itself—it’s usually just a few simple, tactical mistakes in how we’re taking it. 🧪
In this clinical briefing, we’re sharing the 6-point audit we use for our high-performance clients. We move past the generic "fitness influencer" advice to look at the biological reality of dose volume, formulation triggers, and why "tanning" 20g at once is a tactical disaster for your gut.
You aren't broken—your protocol is.
New to the Podcast? Who We Are:
Men’s IBS Mastery bridges the gap between military-grade discipline and clinical science.
We help men full stop. Specifically, entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders, move from "bathroom blues" to boardroom dominance.

Before you spend another penny on a gut microbiome test — listen to this.
Most men with IBS are being sold something that qualified doctors, gastroenterologists, and registered dietitians don't use or trust.
There's a reason for that.

Running a business with IBS is hard enough. But staying silent about it with the people you work closest with? That makes everything harder.
In this short Quick Fire, Glenn cuts straight to the point — what to say to your business partners, your teammates, and the people in your professional circle when IBS is getting in the way.
You'll learn how to frame the conversation professionally without oversharing, why communicating your IBS is a sign of strength not weakness, and how to protect your business relationships and your reputation at the same time.
You don't need to go into detail. You just need to have the decency to have the conversation.
Because the people around you deserve better than vague excuses. And so do you.

You'll also hear about your legal rights as an employee with IBS in the UK, the practical tools available to you right now including radar keys and IBS cards, and why having this conversation once — clearly and directly — means you never have to have it again.

There's a conversation most men with IBS never have.
Not with their boss. Not with their teammates. Not with the people they work alongside every day.
Because when you're a man and your gut is falling apart, the last thing you want to do is talk about it. You manage it. You hide it. You lie about it. You become an expert at making excuses and nobody ever knows the real reason.
I know this because I lived it for ten years.
Twenty-three years in the British Army. Reached the rank of Warrant Officer Class 1 — Regimental Sergeant Major. The man responsible for the discipline, standards and welfare of every soldier in the regiment.
And I spent a decade quietly terrified of my own gut.
Mapping toilets before I committed to being anywhere. Sitting in high-level briefings with senior officers, back straight, face neutral, while my gut was in full revolt — calculating how fast I could get out of that chair without anyone noticing.
I never told a single person.
Not because I didn't want to. Because I didn't know how.
In this episode I'm giving you exactly what I wish someone had given me — the actual words. What to say to your boss. What to say to your teammates. What to say to the people you work closely with every day. Real scripts. Real conversations. No fluff, no waffle, just straight talk from a man who's been there.
Because hiding it doesn't make you stronger. It just makes you lonelier.
And you were never built for lonely.

You eat something. Within minutes your gut kicks off — bloating, cramps, straight to the bathroom.
So you cut that food out. Then it happens again. And again. Before long you've got a list of foods as long as your arm and you're still suffering — anxious around meals, missing out on food you love, and no closer to understanding why.
If you've been eliminating foods for months and nothing is improving, there's a reason. And it's not the reason you think.
In this episode, CharlieJeane reveals the hidden gut mechanism that most men with IBS have never heard of. The same one that confuses IBS coaches, gurus, and even medical professionals every single day.
Tune in to discover:
Why reacting within minutes of eating doesn't mean the food is the trigger
What's actually happening inside your gut when symptoms strike
Why your growing list of "safe foods" could be making things worse
The truth behind your flare-ups — and what to do about it
If IBS is shrinking your world one meal at a time, this episode will change the way you see your symptoms for good.
