Tyson has deeply explored pornography and how it affects men's psyches. Now he assists other men to cleanse and move beyond what I call normalized violence against women. For men it's also a normalized form of self abuse, or self inflicted violence. Through personal experiences, Tyson learned how to overcome porn use and addiction, turning it into a physical dearmouring adventure toward healing and somatic liberation. Despite the current research on dopamine and porn addiction, few people mention the energetic aspects of porn use discussed in this episode, such as clearing the negative or demonic influences.

It seems timely to highlight this moment again from episode 4 with Pre and Perinatal trauma repair specialist, Kate White.
