That horrible Tuesday morning, waking up to a phone call from a friend in Orlando who told me to watch the news, and I saw the smoke coming out of the North Tower of the World Trade Center.

Then saw in real time the second plane crashing into the South Tower. We should always remember that tragic day that affected everyone in the country. Always hope something like that will never happen again.
