Our conversation highlights his experience weathering that storm, staying in shape and his current attempt to make in the NFL. He spent five years clearing his name, but it by no means marks the end of his story.

Fred is hosting his Annual Golfing Tournament  (www.biletnikoff.org) to benefit the Biletnikoff Foundation and their mission on July 13th. This in an era were the Raiders were one of the top teams in the AFL/NFL and passing was not as predominant as it is today.

The Biletnikoff award is given to the best wide receiver in college football. That pretty much says it all. It was honor to get to know one of the football’s legends.
