How thankful are you really? This time of year, many people will find themselves around food and family and say words. But when do we adopt that thankful attitude, an attitude of gratitude. Time to change the way we operate and not just for a season.

Just thought I'd share some of my thoughts about what's been going on with me. Mental health is a serious thing that even the strongest of us will fall victim to.

Do you know who's watching you? The way you move, the way you handle adversity and success. Do you know who is watching you for your success story or for your spiral downfall? Well, they're there. It is time to weed them out and let them know you're watching them watch you.

Very simply put; trust the process, not rush the process. Oh and its the beginning of spooky season. Lets chat for a little bit.
