Rest.  It's amazing how this isn't a priority in so many lives.  It shows how much God continues to know us better than we know ourselves.  As John Stevens shares, God shows us that we are to rest him not just one day a week, but ongoing.  Rest comes out of a relationship with Jesus and Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath.  His yoke is light for us to take on.
