The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is out with a new rule that could turn law-abiding citizens into criminals overnight. Senate Republicans have called it the “largest executive branch-imposed gun registration and confiscation scheme in American history.” The rule forces Americans who use gun-stabilizing braces to register their weapons or face potential felony charges. We will talk to Tulsa County Sheriff Vic Regalado about this new rule and why he will not enforce it and is calling it unconstitutional.
