Listeners of the show will know that there are compelling reasons to believe that these conclusions are based on questionable assumptions at the very heart of physics. This conversation, between a liquid sun proponent, a scientist who has spent his career studying the mainstream, and an appreciator of finely crafted theories, is an opportunity to lay these questionable assumptions on the table and to see how they hold up to scrutiny.
