Taylor Hale has made history on “Big Brother.” In last night’s finale, she became the first Black woman to win the non-celebrity version of the reality show. And even though she received a landslide 8-1 win, her journey to the finale had its fair share of hurdles. The former Miss Michigan was up for eviction a record six times, but managed to outlast her conniving and scheming housemates with her no-drama attitude and tenacity -- an approach we don’t always see on these types of cutthroat competition shows. So is Taylor’s win a victory for “nice” people everywhere? And will we see more of her approach on reality TV?
