Next, we take a look at how 46% of healthcare organizations are now hosting their databases all or mostly in the cloud compared to 36% of other sectors doing the same to decide if that’s a big deal, little deal, or no deal. Then we talk about whether or not it is a big deal that a larger percentage of payors accepted fax submissions in 2024 than in 2023 and 15% more payors returned prior auth determinations via fax in 2024 than in 2023.
