  • Will The Utes Or Wildcats Deliver For Buckeyes?
It is going to be a tough weekend for Ohio State football fans as the Buckeyes are sitting home idle after a difficult loss to the rival from up north and now any chance at the College Football Playoff rests in the hands of teams like Kansas State and Utah.

A loss by either USC or TCU could/should open the door for Ohio State to march back into the field of four and a shot at a national championship, something that surely would soothe a lot of raw nerves after the loss in The Game.

But do either Utah or Kansas State have legitimate shots at helping the Buckeyes out in these instances? Both games are sitting at/around a three-point line and a look back in history will show that Utah already handed USC a loss and Kansas State was well on its way to handing TCU a loss.

We are reaching out here on the Big Me Kickoff to some friends around the industry to talk to experts who cover each of the underdogs and are inviting them on to tell us why Ohio State fans should not abandon all hope of making the playoff.

We are joined by Alex Markham of UteNation.com in the Rivals.com network as well as Derek Young of K-StateOnline.com in the On3 network to get the latest on each of their teams, what to expect in these games and hopefully some good news for the Buckeyes.

Don’t miss out, be sure to join us here.

  • Bigger than Thanksgiving, everything you need to know about The Game
The anticipation for ‘The Game’ continues to build as we get closer to No. 2 Ohio State and No. 3 Michigan meeting at Ohio Stadium with so much on the line. That is why on this edition of the Big Me Kickoff we went to an old friend of the site in Michael Spath to get the latest from the Wolverines side of things.
Injuries have been a recent concern with Jim Harbaugh’s team, how much would the absence of Blake Corum mean for the Wolverines? Can Michigan win a passing game against Ohio State? How does this defense compare to last years? And most importantly, what is the prediction out of Ann Arbor (Mich.) for this one?
All of that and so much more in this edition of the Big Me Kickoff, don’t miss out.

  • 2018 is a distant memory, here comes the pain
It has been a few years since Ohio State has played at Maryland and while none of these players were really involved in the 2018 game that saw Ohio State need to go to extra time to finally put the Terps away, Ohio State head coach Ryan Day remembers it well from his day as a coordinator with the Buckeyes.
It is the game before Michigan, the Buckeyes are banged up and there are a million reasons that people want to be concerned about this game. Is that a reasonable take or just the usual jitters that a fan goes through with so much on the line?
We talk to Scott Greene of TerrapinSportsReport.com to get his take on Ohio State's next opponent, the Terrapins of Maryland as the Buckeyes are just a week away from the biggest game of the season.

  • Nothing Wild About These Cats
The Big Me Kickoff is back and the schedule keeps the Buckeyes on the road with a trip to Evanston (Ill.) and the Wildcats of Northwestern.
This has been anything but a good season for Pat Fitzgerald’s squad as a 1-11 season is a very real possibility for this team. Everything looked so much more promising to start the year in Ireland with a win over Nebraska but since then nothing has gone right.
The Buckeyes draw this reeling Northwestern team this week, a week after a hard-fought win at Penn State. You would expect this week to be much easier, but that doesn’t mean that the Buckeyes can just mail it in and expect to show up and not face any adversity. Mother Nature is trying to see to that.
We are joined by an old friend, Louie Vaccher of WildcatReport.com to talk about the Cats and what they hope to accomplish against the Buckeyes, no matter how difficult those goals may be. Don’t miss out as we talk Buckeyes vs. Wildcats here on the Big Me Kickoff.

  • Big Bad Penn State or just Bad Penn State?
The Big Me Kickoff show is here to huff and puff and blow down the stories of Penn State either being a world beater team or world beaten team. What can we make out of Penn State? It’s a team that has looked really good at times this season but also fell apart late against Michigan in its most anticipated game of the year up until that point.
We are joined by Nate Bauer of BlueWhiteIllustrated to talk about the Nittany Lions. Can Sean Clifford lead Penn State to its first win over Ohio State in six years? How is the defense different under Manny Diaz? Should people be upset that this is not a night game?
All of that and more in this edition of the Big Me Kickoff show as we get you ready for Ohio State’s road test against Penn State on Saturday at 12pm (FOX).

  • The Eyes Have It; Buck Not Hawk
In this edition of the Big Me Kickoff, we are talking about the Buckeyes and the Hawkeyes and trust us when we say that these two teams are not equal when it comes to playing football. The Buckeyes have proven to be a balanced team on both offense and defense while the Hawkeyes are anything but that.
Iowa has a solid defense, but the offense has been anything but productive as the Hawkeyes have only seven offensive touchdowns on the season through six games and things don’t appear to be getting any better in terms of offensive flow.
We are joining and old friend this week as we talk to Tom Kakert of HawkeyeReport.com to get some intel on the Hawkeyes. What makes this defense so good, what makes this offense so bad and what can the Hawkeyes do to try and change things up before the Buckeyes, if anything?
All that and more on this edition of the Big Me Kickoff.

  • Tougher to stomach? A Michigan win vs. PSU or $28 at Taco Bell?
It's the Big Me Kickoff and just because the Buckeyes don't have a game this weekend does not mean are not doing a show. We have seen half the regular season take place already and next week starts the second half run for Ryan Day's Buckeyes. What can we expect out of this team over the next six (plus) games?

Speaking of runs, have you heard about the commentator talking about spending 28 dollars at Taco Bell on a meal? What would you need to order to get to $28 of food on a border run? We take a shot there.

Plus, this is your show, your questions, your direction. Be sure to get involved and not miss out.

  • Big Stage, Big Ten, Big Deal?
It’s the Big Me Kickoff and we are back to get you ready for another weekend of football. The Big Ten schedule this week is not the best with Rutgers and Nebraska set to kick things off on Friday night and the schedule really does not get much better than that moving forward.
We run through the list of who is set to play this weekend and while some of the lines are close, will the nation be tuning in?
Ohio State obviously is on the road this week after playing five games at home to open the season. This ain’t your big brother’s Sparty team however as Michigan State enters this game reeling from a three-game losing streak and looking seemingly lost on both sides of the ball.
People are focused on a six-game stretch between these two teams, but we will tell you why that is the outlier in terms of this series.
All of that and more in this edition of the Big Me Kickoff. Don’t miss out.

  • Between slim and none, what are Rutgers chances vs. Ohio State?
In this edition of the Big Me Kickoff, we turn our attention to the next game on the Ohio State schedule as Rutgers comes to town. The last two games in this series have been a little more competitive than the previous six but the margin between these two teams is still vast.
While all the headlines say that Iowa may have the worst offense in the Big Ten, Rutgers has a serious claim to that title and going against an ever-improving Ohio State defense coupled with the best offense in the nation, the prospects don’t look good.
We are joined by a friend of the site, Richie Schnyderite of TheKnightReport.com to talk about this upcoming game. What makes the Scarlet Knights tick, and is there anything there that could trip up the Buckeyes? Don’t miss out, only here on The Big Me Kickoff.

  • Badgers? We don't need no stinkin' Badgers!
The Big Me Kickoff is back LIVE here on a Friday to talk about the upcoming game with the Wisconsin Badgers.
We all know this was supposed to be a battle of ranked teams, maybe even top-10 teams up until the moment that Wisconsin decided to play fast and loose against Washington State and fall from the rankings.
Let's talk about the upcoming game for about an hour here on the even of the third night game for the Buckeyes in four weeks. Your questions keep the show moving along, so please don't be shy, let your voice be heard and join the conversation.
