Three Buckeyes have entered an exclusive club of just 90 as Ohio State first-round picks in the NFL Draft, most of any school. There was drama for CJ Stroud, Paris Johnson and Jaxon Smith-Njigba as each waited for their name to be called by the NFL commissioner on Thursday night. From the misinformation campaign surrounding CJ Stroud to the slide of wide receivers that didn’t see the first wideout taken to pick 20, Ohio State fans were on the edge of their seats as they were waiting for the names of their favorite players to be called. The 2023 NFL Draft is less than a month away and front offices are putting in overtime to sort out their draft boards and figure out who to make multi-million dollar investments in.
For teams at the top of the draft, quarterback is very much front-and-center because you would not be at the top of the draft if everything was working out.

There are still several weeks before the upcoming NFL Draft but that doesn't mean that the talk is not at an all time high with the NFL season coming to completion last weekend with the Super Bowl and all talk now moving towards what is next.
Justin Fields took major steps forward this past season with the Chicago Bears but there are some who feel that the opportunity to take Bryce Young of Alabama is too great and it might be time for Chicago to move Fields off to another team and start over.
Could that move be a good thing for Fields if he lands somewhere with a line and receivers?

The NFL Draft is still a couple of months out but that does not mean the process is not going full-steam ahead for everyone involved. The all-star games are over and attention now is turning to the upcoming NFL Scouting Combine.
