Next up is previous guest, Joni Mayhan, who last joined us with DeAnna Simpson in episode 159 on the Hanover Haunting. She has advice on connecting with spirit guides by staying grounded and being mindful, raising vibration, and being present. 8:01

Amber Choisella is a metaphysical and spiritual counselor and was on the show in episode 133. Her advice is for meditation and "sitting in the power" techniques. 13:46

Next up is a listener named Christine. She's been on the show with great feedback a few times before! Today's advice is to stay mindful. 15:49

Author and spiritual medium, Claire Broad, is a good friend of the show, and joined us most recently in episode 149. Using a photograph of your loved one in spirit to gain a closer connection. 16:54

Next up is Angel Medium, Michael Terzi, who is probably a familiar voice, because he was just with us in last week's episode! He recommends meditation, strengthening our physical senses, and discusses intuition and the phenomenon of ringing in the ears. 18:38

Now to a listener named Gretchen, who uses a combination of recorded music, crystals, and aromatherapy oils in her spirit communication. 28:37

Here's another voice that will be familiar to you. International bestselling author, Theresa Cheung, is another good friend of the show, and most recently she was on episode 127 with Dr. Julia Mossbridge. Theresa's tip? Remember your dreams. 33:11

Professional intuitive, author, and host of the Shift Your Spirits Podcast, Slade Roberson is another friend of the podcast and was most recently in episode 148. Fitness, rebooting your energy, and avoiding being top-heavy and frazzled! 34:56
