This week is one awesome interview!!  After visiting with MattyB Mathew Bracken, president of Pedro's Tool North America for a couple of days at this years Frostbike I finally got to interview him...:)  Matt tells about his carreer, his philosophy and what is going on at Pedro's NA.  He also reveals the prize for the Pedro's, Cyclocross Network contest and you won't be disipointed!!!  Listen to the show for how to win.

This week I give disc brakes a little love by talking about the TRP Hy/Rd then have a bit of a discussion about bike mechanic pay and finish off in the bike shop talking about repairing crank pedal threads.

This week I cover read derailleur adjustment and give some pointers and things to think about when setting limit screws and indexing.

This week we have our first discussion of Cross Worlds, play a talk given at one of our local shops by Gary Fisher and have a bike shop segment about tubeless Mountainbike tire standards.

This week David and I interview Corey Green, Spencer Petrov, and KK Santos to discuss the great job that the Cincinnati/Louisville group did with their junior team!  Bringing home 3 National Champions jerseys!!  Amazing!  Then in the Bike Shop I talk about threads, thread standards, and some thread measurements that we typically find on our bike frames.

This week David and I talk about cyclocross nationals, US nationals and give some results from other countries national championships.  then in the bike shop segment we discuss ZIPP hubs, the history of the ZIPP hubs and the changes that were made from generation to generation.

In this special show I'm playing some interviews that I just got at US Cyclocross Nationals!!

This week the show is a 50/50 split between cyclocross stuff and Bike Shop stuff.  I get caught up on the racing over in Europe and give a report from here in Boulder getting ready for US Cross Nationals and the altitude adjustment race.  Then in the bike shop I discuss pedals and give removal and instalation tips as well as some industry stuff that is going on around pedals.

This week I interview Neil Browne from Felt bicycles to talk about his new position as brand journalist there.  Then David and I talk about all the hot button issues in the cyclocross world right now including the SRAM recall update and racing cross in unsafe conditions.
