This week.  I sit down with Adrian Fear and Mr. David Palan to discuss the end of road season and the beginning of cross season and the Michigan CROSS points series.  Then I do results from Michigan and Glocester AND a bike shop segment that covers Campy CX stuff.

This week David and I talk about what happened at Interbike and Cross Vegas!  We got to meet some amazing folks and had a great time.  Hear the post race interview here!!  We also cover the cyclocross schedule for Michigan, The US, and the World!!

This week David and I do interviews at the Ithaca Grand Prix of Cyclocross presented by Zevlin and also talk about the race from the Bike Shop Show world headquarters.  Then I finally talk about the wheel skewer technique that I've been mentioning on the show for a year but never actually done a segment about UNTIL NOW!!!...:)

This week is all me talking at you, I cover more stuff that happened during the Birmingham Bicycle Festival and then continue on with The Chris King R45 hub service that I started a few weeks ago.

This week David and I have a great discussion with Brook Watts, race Director of CrossVegas!!!!!!!  Then I talk with JB Hancock about the upcoming Ithaca cross race wich kicks off cross in Michigan again this year! I start a review of the BURD derailleur and also get in some stuff about doing neutral race support this past weekend.

This week David and I talk to Helen Wyman, 7 time British National cyclocross champion and current European champion.  Then I go on in the bike shop to start to get into hubs by describing the anatomy of the Chris King R45.

This week we play a bit of catch up, firts I talk with Sean Lally from Cycle Systems Academy, we do an introduction to wheel hubs and then David and I review the WAM ride that we just completed including some product reviews along the way.

This week I have an amazing interview with Geoff Proctor, coach/manager of the US Junior and U23 cyclocross team, and too many other titles to mention, we talk about his book, the upcoming cyclocross junior clinic and cyclocross in general.  then I do some house keeping with a bunch of catch up stuff that I think you'll enjoy.

This week we do our Hutchinson Secteur 28 tubeless road tire review.  I talk about how to build a tubeless road tire then David Palan and I review our ride on the Hutchinson's.

This week I interview Kevin Wolfson, lead frame designer for Firefly Bicycles, talk about the tension balancing that I promised from last week and reveal what 132.6 means.
