As we dig deep, they pop champagne. And as we scrimp and save, they buy yachts with tax cuts that used to pay for schools, roads, and a better future for all. Now that better future belongs to a handful of rich dudes, and the rest of us just keep going to work and hoping that no one gets sick, and nothing breaks down.
