The Rochester portion of training camp is officially closed for the Buffalo Bills. They're moving things back to team headquarters in Orchard Park with the preseason opener against the Giants on Saturday. Josh Allen won't play in the game but head coach Sean McDermott says the starters will for a quarter or so.
