I have no idea how we made it through this but it’s done. The 2014 Binge Media Hottie Draft is in the books and there are plenty of surprises, disappointments, and drunken theories to go around a few lifetimes. Seriously, we get so drunk by the end of this I had to listen to it in the morning to make sure we finished.

Ammon and I must have had a great time at the Oscars last night because we can’t stop laughing during our conversation about it. Mind you, most of the humor comes from the night’s biggest fuck-ups. John Travolta is a walking nightmare and Liza Minnelli is a tad too short for the most famous picture ever taken. We also wonder why Will Smith shows up 30 times throughout the night, why Jennifer Lawrence is the clumsiest bitch in the world, and why she’s banging Beast. Important questions deserve important answers. Or whatever. Join us.

Somewhere, not here, Moreno is very drunk. Law and Ammon do their best to ignore the absence of everybody’s favorite Mexican and move on with the show (and their lives). TV Round-Up focuses on True Detective, Banshee, and The Walking Dead as Law finally spoils the shit out of the comic to compare where we are in the show. From there- Google Voice comes to play with Ammon’s skills, Law has a new trilogy of books to recommend to Ammon (Scott Sigler’s Infected Trilogy – BUY IT HERE), and we even watched a couple things.

Ammon checks out RED 2 (BUY IT HERE) and RIDE ALONG while Law makes his way through ROBOCOP. One of these three movies gets absolutely shat upon over and over. Take a guess which one. And then listen to the show, that’s the whole point of this game. Anyhoo, I’m rambling when I should be drinking and pretending to care about the Oscars.

While Moreno is off gallivanting in the Bayou, fucking Kupka decides to enlist an old pal to shine a light on why you should listen to Lucero. That’s right folks, Matches Malone (a contributor to Curbside Splendor with his weekly web comic Wannabe), drops some knowledge as well as personal stories about the band while highlighting tracks from their catalog. Whiskey is recommended, but not required. HA! Who are we kidding?
