Life happens everyday! Some days are good and some days are not so good. For those not so good days, we always have to power through the ugly thoughts and feelings that can develop. Ultimately we are responsible for moving past adversity to land on positivity. I always have to change my thinking to be productive. My encouragement today is to know that you are loved, you have value, and you are needed in this world!

Many times we stay stuck in our own thoughts that keep us from moving forward. We have to learn to use our resources. We cannot do it alone.
