Life happens everyday! Some days are good and some days are not so good. For those not so good days, we always have to power through the ugly thoughts and feelings that can develop. Ultimately we are responsible for moving past adversity to land on positivity. I always have to change my thinking to be productive. My encouragement today is to know that you are loved, you have value, and you are needed in this world!

The definition of Stigma is Explained. It can be a defeating experience the way Mental Illness/Mental Health Challenges can be viewed. Movies and TV don't help with growing the Stigma in this world. We can fight it and beat it, with good stories, from good people with the same challenge. Let's share our stories, good parts and bad. I want to hear about the fight, and the stories of overcoming. Send them to me so we can talk about it on these podcasts. [email protected]. Link to My E Book https://vmpecom.samcart.com/products/bipolar-disorder-mental-health-challenge-or-mental-illness

Money, or Mental Health? Courage to leave a toxic environment...We really find out what we are made of when it comes to struggle, and tough times. We all have them, even those who don't have the diagnosis of Bipolar. It might be harder for someone like me, but the fight is still the same. I choose to be courageous. I choose to use my resources, and I even choose to still find the comedy in my day. One day at a time.. It's been awhile since my last podcast. I fell into a frenzy of negative thinking, that became an overwhelming struggle. So, what did I do about it. I chose to fight the stigma of Mental Illness in my life, and took action! I choose to make it a Mental Health Challenge, and not a Mental Illness! I am interested in knowing what you think. I want to hear your stories. If your up for it, send me an email. I need help from my peers too. This would make great content for upcoming podcasts. [email protected]. Peace...
Many times we stay stuck in our own thoughts that keep us from moving forward. We have to learn to use our resources. We cannot do it alone. We need fresh thoughts and new ideas, to get us out of our vicious cycle, of unproductive thinking. It is not a weakness to ask for help, it is a strength! Be courageous! Break the cycle! Let's renew our minds. Get away from the circle, and turn it into steps towards recovery...
