Recorded during "The Sound of Grace" retreat for women in Dorset, this beautiful chant touched all our hearts.  On Jesu Christaya Paramatmanay Perusha Namaha - honouring Christ as an "Avatar" - descended from the Divine.  

It holds the sweetest of energies and is a joy to chant.

This pranayama (breath work) is alternate nostril breathing with a retention, where the breath is held for a short amount of time.  Boosts your mental and physical vitality, improves oxygenation to body and brain, increases clarity of mind.
