Sometimes it's good to just leave people where they are and not have to deal with drama.. There's no need for cussing or nothing just cut people off who aren't good for you, your energy, and if they are taking space in your mind rent free.

Hey black excellence fam! thank you all for the support and love.. I would not be here without y'all and I love y'all! and thank you so much<3. This episode is very sad and was a very traumatizing experience for me because of how unsafe I felt in this situation and how I didn't feel protected. But let me know if any of you guys been through some scary experiences riding the train.

I shared my experiences of me not loving my black features and more things, but if anyone has experienced this I understand how it is.. it's a very shitty feeling to go through.

In this episode I talk about Betty Davis the Queen of Funk and delve into her music journey. If you enjoyed learning about this and like learning about different artists be on the lookout for more!
In honor of Women's History Month I wanted to talk about this documentary "The Beauty of Blackness" it delves into Fashion Fair, the first makeup brand created for black women that started in 1973 by Eunice Johnson. This documentary is absolutely empowering and enlightening and I believe everyone should watch it! It's on HBO Max.
