In this episode I talk about how much I hate the term BBC for black men. It’s so overused, cringy, weird and gross.. I wish that term would be thrown into the depths of hell.
That’s how much I hate it, but I also talk about how other fetishizing terms are harmful for black men and for men of color.

In this episode I talk about the lessons learned throughout my life. I also rant about how people sharing their trauma stories on social media get backlash from people who project onto to them. I think it's so messed up and wrong on so many levels and this is the reason why people aren't open to being vulnerable and sharing their stories because some people like to get on social media and rant and give their useless and stupid opinions about someone's life. I think it's pathetic and I can't stand people like that and those are the type of people you can't be around.
I am an empath and can always empathize with others who share their trauma on Tik Tok, Youtube, Instagram, etc. So I went on a rant about this and talked about many other things going on in the world that needs to be addressed. So this episode is an eye opener and a tough one so if this isn't for you, I don't blame you for not tuning in. At this point I don't want to try and be nice about genocides happening globally and America is threatening our democracy everyday.
But for those who understand and are open to listening to this episode feel free to stick around:)
P.S. I mentioned a market that I think you guys will want to check out. It sells healthy and sustainable products and is an amazing place that shouldn't go unnoticed. So go check out Thrive Market.

Welcome back y'all it's been a hot minute since I've done a episode, I hope y'all are doing well:)
Today I discussed about the TikTok ban that is being pushed and, also other important issues that the government needs to be worrying about. There is so many issues going on in the country but also around the world. But instead they are worrying about an app.

In this episode I talked about my experiences of going through different friendships and learning lessons from them. I even go into how some people can be energy vampires and I think y'all need to cut these type of people off. They are not worth stressing over.
Also side note this is the audio version of Energy Vampires and Friendships, I did a video for this episode on my Youtube.

Hey black excellence fam!! It feels like it's been a minute since I've done an episode, but you know I had to focus on getting my college transfer application done. But also what's crazy was there was a fire at my apartment last weekend on Saturday. The fire happened on the 7th floor. So that was pretty hectic and terrifying but I am so glad that me and my family are safe and, that we made it out of the apartment okay.
But anyways I hope that you guys enjoy this Record Show and Tell episode. You guys can feel free to check out the video version of this episode on my YouTube channel. Or you guys can listen to the audio version, it's up to you. But enjoy y'all and let me know what songs or albums did you like from this episode.
P.S don’t mind the music not sounding clear or loud enough. I had used zoom for my video so that’s why it sounds funky. But I hope you guys can still enjoy the episode. In the future I will definitely be using my phone from now on.

I go off in this episode y'all so be prepared.. I tried my best not to curse so much lol but this had me pissed off to be honest. But I am so glad that before doing recording this episode, I went ahead and did a 15-minute meditation with Kirsten Michelle on Peleton. But let me know your thoughts on this topic.. I went in on a lot of things even with the fact that I hate that some men look up to Andrew like he's some god. He's not a icon this dude has brainwashed those guys into thinking that treating women like shit is okay, when it's not.
