On top of that, the customers you acquire will be much different than they are during other times of the year because they might be buying a gift for someone else rather than themselves like customers typically do in other seasons. You can do a direct job of marketing to them, showing them what existing subscribers are getting this time of year and what's available for them, and that you're unlocking that for new subscribers that sign up this weekend, that's kind of the goal here is creating an incredibly engaging and rewarding subscription experience, and then finding ways to market that to other people.” 15:20
