This week we welcome back our good buddy and fellow motorcycle dude, Charlie Visconage (@cavisconage) to talk to us about Top Chef Season 19, Epsiode 13 "Cactus Makes Perfect.”

Also - we got a voicemail update from Reaves about his walkabout with Tom, Charlie gives us a quiz on basic motorcycle stuff, and Jamal is stepping up his food game because Dale made fun of him.
