Coach Faggiano details his coaching journey, hiring process, and the value he finds in the AFCA convention. Blaise Faggiano has been the head coach at Utica University since 2008. This past year, Coach Faggiano led Utica to a 10-2 record and 2nd round appearance in the NCAA championship. He holds the most victories in program history along with leading Utica to four ECAC Bowl appearances.
